Hussain Al Naamani holds BEng and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University. He has 14 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, focusing on Asset Integrity Management. He is currently working at OQ Upstream as Team Lead Reliability Management. He also worked for other major Oil & Gas companies in Oman, such as Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and Oman Gas Company (OGC).

Siji Sidharthan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cochin University with 15 years of experience in Non-destructive Examination. He specializes in NDT consulting, field services, procedure validations and commercialization of novel NDT techniques. Lead Process Safety Engineer with total 14+ years. Mr. Saud graduated from Jubail Industrial College with electrical Engineering Bachelor degree. He continued his academic level with concentration of change management master degree from Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University. In addition, he is a certified Process Engineering by Badische Stahl-Engineering academy in Germany. In 2019, he graduated from Texas A&M University ‏The Mary Kay O’Connor as certfied Process Safety Engineer.

He is heading the overall plant operating safety consisting of all PSM elements at Hadeed affiliate. He is quite handful in establishing and carrying out SABIC Asssurance Program for EHSS Risk; he is also contributing in risk based PSM study efforts related to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL-LOPA, PHA, QRA and Asset integrity management (leading indicator monitoring, etc.).

Earlier he worked as Safety Engineer as well as Handling Process Safety Activities befor establishing Process Safety Section at Hadeed.

Apart from his regular role, he is Subject Matter Expert for Operating Management System (OMS-311) that is related SABIC Asssurance Program for EHSS Risk from 2014 till now.

Bruno Lucena started his career as a Junior Mechanic almost 20 years ago. As a mechanical technician and engineer a few years ahead, he was responsible for the maintenance and improvements of many equipment in Brazil. Since 2013, as a contractor manager and engineering Consultant, Bruno has been accountable for the maintenance, engineering and enhancements of different assets with projects across South America, the Middle East and Europe. Lucena has a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, holding a master's degree in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management from the University of Manchester. Furthermore, Bruno is certified by the American Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, the Institution of Asset Management in the United Kingdom, World Partners in Asset Management from Australia, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Massachusetts, USA. From time to time, Bruno teaches engineers to achieve their targets in Reliability and Asset Management in reputed companies across the Middle East.

Azza Al Subhi is a process safety engineer at OQ exploration & production with a bachelor degree in process engineering. She was the winner of best young professional award by IChemE & CCPS in the 4th MEPSC. She has a massive interest in the research field, and she published a paper in material science and nanotechnology. This explains her continuous curiosity & motivation in any field she involves in and her proactive behavior.

Ali has more than 25 years’ experience in oil and gas sector and worked in four companies namely, Petroleum development of Oman (PDO), Japex, Daleel and Petrogas EP. With his Engineering background (degree) and a postgraduate in solar he played various roles i.e. Construction, design, project engineer, Engineering manager and operation manager. Currently he is operation excellence manager at Petrogas EP (Corporate)

He is certified facilitator, Process Safety (NEBOSH), Risk management and LEAN Practitioner.

His main achievements are in LEAN with savings of 2.7 MMUSD/year, value creation in number of projects with typical savings of (10 to 15% savings which worth 3 MMUSD and above)
